The objective of the study is to examine the effects of nattokinase supplementation on blood pressure in subjects with pre-hypertension or stage 1 hypertension. As a result, compared to the placebo, a significant reduction of Systolic BP, Diastolic BP, and Renin Activity*.
*Renin is an enzyme that increase blood pressure. It is known that the decease of the renin activity induces the decrease of the blood pressure.
